摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the view of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes on using insulin and to find psychological factors that may affect their use of insulin. Methods Insulin interview tool in the study of DAWN ( Diabetes Atti-tudes,Wishes and Needs) was used for willingness investigation of the use of insulin in100 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabe-tes who required insulin. Results 93 valid questionnaires were recovered,of which 20 cases (21. 5%) refused to use insulin. Compared with the group which refused to use insulin,the differences in the culture degree of patients who agreed to use insulin and the duration of diabetes were statistically significant(P<0. 05). The patients refused to use insulin paid more attention to the effects of insulin on life and feared of insulin addiction. Conclusion More than 1/5 patients with type 2 diabetes had psychologi-cal insulin resistance and targeted education based on the specific reasons for the use of insulin on these patients should be carried out,so as to improve their treatment compliance.关键词
