摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the stability and solubility in acid and alkali of cordycepin extracting solution,and pro-vide a foundation for further development and utilization of cordycepin.Methods The stability and solubility in the acid and alkali of cordycepin were studied by making use of 75% ethanol and 45 ℃ ultrasonic wave extraction of cordycepin.Re-sults The stability of cordycepin for light was poor,light could cause it to decompose;The stability for temperature was not high;In vitamins,vitamin A was not conducive to the preservation of cordycepin,vitamin B,vitamin C,vitamin E were all conducive to the preservation;With alkaline solution enhanced,the solubility of cordycepin was slightly reduced.With the a-cidity of solution reinforcing,the solution of cordycepin was reduced.Conclusion Through the preliminary study on the sta-bility of cordycepin extracting solution,to provide a foundation for further development and utilization of cordycepin.关键词
