Abstract
Objective To investigate the safety and feasibility of flurbiprofen axetil combined with lidocaine in elderly patients of modified radical mastectomy(MRM).Methods 52 cases of elderly patients that underwent MRM were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were received general anesthesia during operation.The patients in observation group re-ceived flurbiprofen axeil 1 mg·kg-1 i.v. 10 minutes before incision and after operations respectively. After the operations, patients in control group were received patient - controlled intravenous analgesia( PCIA),which containing 100 μg sufentanil and 5 mg tropisetron in a volume of 100 mL;while the PCIA in observation group was containing 75 μg sufen-tanil,5 mg tropisetron and 100 mg flurbiprofen axetil in a volume of 100mL.The patient's reactive symptoms were observed and the vital signs were recorded. The degree of post-operative pain was accessed with the visual analogue scale(VAS)at extubation time,4 h,8 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h after surgeries. The safety and adverse drug reaction of the method was also evaluated.Results The VAS scores of observation group at extubation time,4 h,8 h,12 h and 24 h after surgery were significantly lower than control group(P﹤0.05);and the incidence of adverse reaction in observation group was significant-ly lower than control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil combined with lidocaine in elderly patients of MRM showed good sedative effect and high safety.关键词
