Abstract
The cultivation of hospital pharmacists requires joint teaching and training in the department of pharmacy of the hospital and the pharmaceutical colleges.In this article we systematized the teaching and training to make up for the lack of knowledge structure in pharmaceutical students,strengthening clinical thinking and understanding the content of hospital pharmacy work,participate in the daily work of hospital pharmacy and clinical pharmacy,helping the latter to develop aware-ness of the rational use of drugs,become the reserve talents in hospital pharmacy.关键词
