复方二至天癸颗粒对IVF准备周期子宫内膜Galectin-3的影响研究

Abstract
Objective:Observe the effect of Erzhi Tiangui granule on IVF-ET ( IVF-ET) in preparing the endometrium period ga-lectin-3 ( Galectin-3 ) , and its mechanism in improving the endometrial receptivity and increasing the possibility of pregnancy . Methods:Patients in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer ( IVF-ET) preparation cycle were randomly divided into two groups ,with 31 cases in the treatment group and 31 patients in the control group .The control group was given Liuwei Dihuang pills for cycles ,and the treatment group was given Erzhi Tiangui granules for the same period .On the second cycle of menstruation ,the 21 st day,ex-tract a small amount of endometrial for detection of Galectin-3.At the same time,evaluate the kidney qi deficiency score and con-ceive rate of the two groups .Results:Kidney deficiency in both groups of patients were improved and treatment group more signifi -cantly (P<0.05).Galectin-3 expression in the treatment group also improved more obvious than that of the control group (P<0.05).As to clinical pregnancy rate,the treatment group performed better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Erzhi TianGui granules can improve patient′s clinical pregnancy rate in IVF cycle .This may relate to its enhancement of the expression of Galectin-3 in the endometrium and endometrial immune suppression .关键词
