中西医结合治疗小儿热性惊厥的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional chinese medicine with western medicine on treating febrile convulsion in children .Methods:From January 2013 to January 2015, a total of 224 patients of children with febrile con-vulsion were randomly divided into two groups , control group and treatment group , each of 112 cases.The control group was given western medicine treatment , while the treatment group was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine . The fever clearance time , the consciousness resume time , the controlling time for convulsion , peripheral blood white blood cell count , recurrence rate and total clinical effective rate were compared between the two groups .Results:The results of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group , and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.21%, the control group 90.18, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Con-clusion:The curative effect of Integrated Traditional chinese medicine and western medicine of children with febrile convulsion was distinct, worthy to be promoted in clinic .关键词
