祛瘀接骨饮联合长骨接骨散治疗肱骨骨折的疗效观察
Observation on Curative Effect of Quyu Jiegu Decoction Combined with Changgu Jiegu Powder in Treatment of Humeral Fractures

Abstract
Objective:To explore curative effect of Quyu Jiegu Decoction combined with Changgu Jiegu Powder in treatment of hu -meral fractures .Methods:A hundred and four-eight cases of humeral shaft closed fracture were divided in two groups , with 74 pa-tients in the control group who were treated with conventional western medicine treatment method , splint fixation or scapulo humer-al plaster fixation after reduction .Patients in the treatment group (74 cases) were additionally treated with Quyu Jiegu Decoction and externally applied Changgu Jiegu Powder compared with the control group .Pain relieving , subsidence of swelling , callus for-mation and complications of patients in the two groups were observed and compared .Results:All 74 cases of the treatment recov-ered in six weeks and the recovery time was lessened and the recovery rate was remarkable improved in the treatment group com -pared with the control group whose total efficacy was lower than that of the treatment group .Callus formed in the treatment group and X-line score was superior to that of the control group with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion: Quyu Jiegu Decoction combined with Changgu Jiegu Powder of for humerus supracondylar fracture has exact effect on improving symptoms as pain, swelling, callus formation and reducing complications , compared with external fixation after reduction without drug treat-ment .关键词
