中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕症患者疗效观察及其安全性评价
Efficacy Observation and Safety Evaluation of Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Patients with Ovulation Failure

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of infertility due to ovulation failure .Methods:During June 2014 to June 2015,total 86 cases of patients with ovulation disorder infertility in our hospital were randomly divided into control group 43 cases and treatment group 43 cases,according to the random number table method .The effects of two groups of patients ,serum sex hormone levels ,endometrial thickness ,ovulation ,strong and pregnancy and adverse reactions were compared .Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group (81.40%) was higher than that in the control group (60.47%) ( P<0.05);The serum levels of LH and FSH decreased significantly after treatment in the two groups , and E2 and P increased significantly after treatment (P<0.05);Treatment group of serum LH,FSH after treatment was lower than the control group,E2,P after treatment was higher than the control group (P<0.05);After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups increased significantly (P<0.05); After treatment,the endometrial thickness in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group ( P<0.05);The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);No serious adverse drug reactions were observed in the two groups .Conclusion:Inte-grated Chinese and western medicine has significant curative effect in the treatment of ovulation failure infertility ,which is safe and reliable,and worthy of study .关键词
