介绍了护士离职意愿的概念及其在护理人力资源管理中的重要意义,回顾和总结了国内外护理人员离职意愿的评估方法,以期为我国护士离职意愿测评工具的研制和应用提供依据。
It introduced the concept of nurses’turnover intention and its vital role in nursing human resource management.It reviewed and summarized the evaluation methods of nursing staffs’turnover intention in China and other countries,in order to provide basis for the development and application of assessment tools for nurses’ turnover intention in China.
