维吾尔文版老年精神状况量表社区简版的信效度研究
Reliability and validity of Geriatric Mental State Scale (community simple version in Uyghur)

Abstract
Objective:To translate and evaluate the reliability and validity of Geriatric Mental State Scale (GMSA),com-munity simple version in Uygur.Methods:GMSA was translated and revised;a total of 294 Uyghur elderly over 60 years old in outpatient and community were surveyed by Uyghur version GMSA,to evaluate the reliability and validity of GMSA;finally a total of 100 patients fitted in the diagnosis.Results:The total Cronbach’sαcoef-ficient of Uyghur version GMSA was 0.963;inter rater reliability was 0.930;test retest reliability of full scale was 0.870.Expert content validity(CVI value)was 0.856;the doctor diagnose of Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disorders,version 3(CCMD 3)was used as the standard criterion related validation,the diagnosis coincidence rate of senile depression was 84.00%;sensitivity was 85.42%;specificity was 82.69%;the positive predictive value was 82.00%,and the negative predictive value was 86.00%;Kappa=0.680(P<0.01 ).Conclusions:GMSA in Uyghur had good reliability,validity and diagnostic performance;it could be used to screen depression symptom in patients from Uygur elderly population in community in Xin-j iang.关键词
