基于积极体验的社区老年人健康干预满意度评价指标体系研究
Study on health intervention satisfaction evaluation index system based on positive experience for community elderly

Abstract
Objective:To establish the health intervention satisfaction evaluation index system based on positive experience for the community elderly.Methods:Based on the satisfaction index model and semi structured in-terviews and combining with group discussion,a alternative evaluation index system was with Delphi method for expert consult;the weight of every index was determined by hierarchy analysis.Results:The authority coefficient of experts was 0.860,the judgment coefficient was 0.925,and the familiarity degree was 0.800.The coordina-tion coefficients of two round expert consult were 0.295 and 0.425,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.001).The index system consisted of 6 first level indexes,14 second level indexes and 38 third level indexes.Conclusions:The index system was reliable and valid,which could provide quantitative reference standards for the evaluation of the health intervention based on positive experience for the community elderly.关键词
