重庆市主城区社区卫生服务中心护士核心能力现状及影响因素调查
Core competence status quo of nurses in community health service centers in main urban region in Chongqing city and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective:To survey the core competence status quo and influencing factors of nurses in community health service centers in Chongqing city.Methods:A total of 358 registered nurses from 18 community health service centers in the main urban area in Chongqing city were selected by cluster sampling.The survey was con-ducted by using the General Information Questionnaire and the Community Nurses Core Competency Question-naire and to analyze the influencing factors.Results:The total score of community nurses’core competence was (187.96±35.57)in the main urban area in Chongqing city;the average score of all items was(3.35±0.63);the scores of all dimensions from high to low were(3.63±0.69)in community nursing practical ability,(3.57±0.67) in communication (3.39±0.68)in legal ethics practical ability(3.22±0.74)in professional development abili-ty,and(3.21±0.66)in critical thinking ability.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that job title,educa-tion background and monthly income were the influencing factors of community nurses’core competence(R2=0.57).Conclusion:The core competence of community nurses in the main urban area in Chongqing city was at the middle level.The community managers should formulate targeted management measures to improve the core competence of nurses in community and provide guarantee for enhancing community nursing service quality and level.关键词
