吸烟量对冠心病病人生活质量的影响
Influence of smoking amount on quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of smoking amount on quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:From January 2014 to May 2015,388 patients were continuous included and randomly di-vided into 4 groups:group 0(144 cases),group 1(46 cases),group 2(50 cases)and group 3(148 cases).The pa-tients’quality of life was investigated at 24 h before coronary arteriography(CAG)by using Medical Outcomes Study 3 6 Item lesion Short Form (SF 3 6 ,Chinese version)and Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ).Severi-ty of coronary artery lesion was accessed by Gensini score in 24 h after CAG.Compared the difference of quality of life and the characteristics of coronary artery lesions were compared among the four groups.Results:There was statistically significant difference in age of patients among different smoking groups(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in all dimensions score of SF 36 and SAQ among the four groups(P>0.05).In the comparison of coronary artery lesions degree,the groups of middle and high score of Gensini score in group 3 took higher parts than that in group 0,and the total Gensini score of group 3 was significant higher than that in group 0 and 1,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);the overall Gensini score in group 0, group 1 and 2 had no statistically significant difference of patients computed with that in group 0(P>0.05). Conclusions:There was not sufficient evidence to show that the difference of quality of life among different a-mounts of smoking significantly,meaned it could not prove that the smoking patient’s quality of life was lower than that of the non smoking patient.However,patients with higher smoking grade and younger,more serious coronary artery lesion they had.关键词
