癌症病人心理弹性水平及其影响因素的分析研究
Analysis of psychological resilience level and its influencing factors in cancer patients

Abstract
Objective:To understand the psychological resilience level of cancer patients and to explore its influ-encing factors.Methods:A total of 3 5 1 patients were investigated by the Connor Davidson Resilience scale(CD RISC),Positive Affect Schedule,and coping style questionnaire from 3 three level first class hospital.Results:The score of psychological resilience,positive mood,and positive coping style of cancer patients are(25.82±8.96) points,(28.71±8.34)points,and (23.29±7.01)points,respectively.Cancer patients’psychological resilience level has a significant correlation with positive mood and coping style.Coping style,positive mood,family monthly income,and weight change are the forecast factors of psychological resilience,which can explain 41.4%of total variation.Conclusions:Cancer patients have low levels of psychological resilience and obvious mental health problems.Nursing staffs should pay attention to the patients’psychological status;encourage them to positive emotions and positive coping styles in the face of adversity,in order to promote the patients’mental and physical health.关键词
