慢性肾病早期病人自我管理行为与生活质量的关系研究
Study on relationship between self management behavior and quality of life of patients with early chronic kidney disease

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the status quo of self management behavior and quality of life of patients with early chronic kidney disease(stage 1 3)and relationship between them.Methods:A total of 348 patients with early chronic kidney disease (stage 1 3 )received the questionnaire survey by general information ques-tionnaire,CKD Self management Instrument and kidney Disease Quality of Lfie Shot From patients with renal disease.Results:The total score of self management behavior was(78.99±17.23),and all dimensions scored from high to low in turn:self regulation,compliance behavior,problem solving and seeking social support.All dimensions of quality of life scored from high to low:symptoms of kidney disease,impact of kidney disease, mental health,physical health and burden of kidney disease.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that problem soving was positive predictive factors of health of physiolgical field(P=0.008),and compliance behav-iors were positive predictive factors of burden of renal disease(P=0.030);problem solving,compliance behav-iors and the total score of self management behaviors were positive predictive factors of symptoms of renal dis-ease(P=0.000);compliance behaviors was a negative predictor of renal disease(P=0.000).Conclusion:Early chronic kidney disease patients’self management behaviors and quality of life were in the above average level,to improve their self management behavios with pertinence could help to improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
