摘要

Abstract

Objective:To probe into the application effect of impression management strategy combined with vid-eo record reflective teaching in cultivating nurse patient communication ability.Methods:The nursing under-graduates from class one to class three in grade 2015 in Weifang Medical university were selected as observation group,the students from class four to classes six were selected as control group.The students in observation group received the clinical communication video recording reflection and impression management strategy for intervention during the teaching of the interpersonal communication course.The students in control group a-dopted the traditional training method.After training,the nurse patient communication ability,emotional intel-ligence,general self efficacy and empathy ability of students were compared between both groups.Results:Af-ter the training,the score of communication ability of students in both groups was improved,but the nurse pa-tient communication ability,emotional intelligence,general self efficacy and empathy ability of them in obser-vation group were better than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion:It was helpful to improve the nurse patient communication ability of nursing students to use video recording reflection and impression management strategy training during the teaching of communication course for nursing students.
