PACS辅助CBL在口腔颌面医学影像学实验教学中的应用
Case-based learning in the laboratory teaching of oral radiology with the aid of PACS

Abstract
To investigate the teaching effects of case-based learning ( CBL) in the laboratory teaching of oral radiology with the aid of picture archieving and communication system ( PACS) .The traditional lecture-based learning method was used in the theoretical teach-ing of oral radiology .The CBL cases were organized and designed before the laboratory classes by reference to the clinical cases which had been scanned by CBCT .The CBCT data were obtained through PACS and were analysed dynamically by the special sofeware in the CBL.The teaching effects of CBL were evaluated by the examination of reading images , network questionnaire survey , and random in-spection by teaching team .The results showed that CBL with the aid of PACS could enhance students ’ learning initiatives fully , im-porve the teaching effects of the laboratory teaching of oral radiology , and imporve the ability of reading images .关键词
