Lp-PLA 2与急性冠脉综合征患者冠心病严重程度相关性的研究
Correlation between Lp-PLA2 and severity of coronary heart disease in acute coronary patients

Abstract
Objective :To explore the relation between Lp‐PLA2 level and the severity of coronary heart disease in acute coronary symptom patients .Methods :168 patients who underwent angiography after identified acute coronary symptom were enrolled into cohort .A Blood sample was tested for Lp‐PLA2 .The patients were assigned to different groups by GRACE risk score and SYNTAX score .Lp‐PLA2 in different groups was compared to evalu‐ate the severity of coronary heart disease in acute coronary patients .Results :The level of Lp‐PLA2 was different in the three groups divided by GRACE risk score ,and had statistic difference(P= 0 .00) .The level of Lp‐PLA2 was al‐so different in the three groups divided by SYNTAX score ,and had statistic difference(P = 0 .00) .Conclusion :The level of Lp‐PLA2 has positive relation with GRACE risk score and SYNTAX score .It might have positive relation with coronary artery lesion and imply the severity and the prognosis of coronay heart disease in acute coronary symp ‐tom patients .关键词
