腰硬联合麻醉用于妇产科手术后并发症的临床观察

Abstract
Objective :To explore the Clinical observation of complications after surgery about waist hard joint anesthesia application in obstetrics and gynecology operation .Methods :S100 cases of obstetrics and gynecology patients were selected in our hospital ,after the operation of waist hard joint anesthesia ,nerve root stimulation ,the puncture point pain ,waist pain ,headache ,urinary retention ,hypotension ,and vomiting were recorded for the post‐operative day 1 ,day 3 ,day 15 ,month 1 ,month 3 and month 6 .Results :There were 5 cases of nerve root irritation , 9 cases of piercing pain ,8 cases of lower back pain ,4 cases of headache ,4 cases of urinary retention ,20 cases of hy‐potension and 7 cases of vomiting after postoperative day 1 ,but all concurrent symptoms disappeared after symp‐tomatic treatment in 6 months .Conclusion :Waist hard joint anesthesia used in gynecological surgery had a very good application value ,but the complications also cannot be treated lightly and should actively be given corresponding pre ‐vention and symptomatic treatment .关键词
