Abstract
Objective :This study was to investigate the early diagnostic value of serum Hcy combined with Cys C in diabetic nephropathy ,and to provide the basis for clinical application .Methods :398 diabetic in‐patients of the departments of nephrology and endocrinology were invlolved .According to 24 hour urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) as Mogensen DN standard ,patients were divided into three groups according .Select the same period in the hospital physical examination center for health examination in 149 cases as a control group ,the serum Hcy , Cys C in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy .Results :In this study ,we found that with simple diabetic group com‐pared ,early diabetic nephropathy group ,Hcy ,Cys C ,mAlb ,UAER significantly increased and the and the differ‐ence is statistically significant (P< 0 .05) ,no significant difference (P> 0 .05) was found in the SCR ,bun ;at the same time ,with the control group ,early diabetic renal disease group and DM group compared to clinical diabetic ne‐phropathy group bun ,SCR ,mAlb ,Cys C ,UAER ,Hcy were statistically significant (P< 0 .05) and increased sig‐nificantly .The area under the curve of Cys C and Hcy were 0 .949 and 0 .929 respectively (P less than 0 .05) .And the area under the Hcy curve was the largest ,CysC times ,indicating that Hcy had the highest accuracy in the diag‐nosis of early diabetic nephropathy .Conclusion :There will be helpful in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy to regularly monitor of serum Hcy ,Cys C levels ,when the BUN and SCr have not increased in the diabetic patients .关键词
