The 13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of National Library of China
摘要
Abstract
This article analyzed the development of National Library from five aspects, the support capacity of document information resources, the organization and management ability of information resources, the user-requirements-oriented information services, the construction of National Digital Library and the comprehensive support ability, compared with the five development goals of the 12th Five-Year Plan. Then put forward a basic judgment of the environment for the development of National Library in the 13th Five-Year Period, from five internal influence factors and five external influence factors respectively. And on this basis we elaborated the development goals, the key work and the main task of National Library' s operation construction in the 13th Five-Year Plan.关键词
