Abstract
This paper sketches the contents of the 13th five-year development plan for Shanghai Library (Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of Shanghai). It describes the development theme, goals and 10 main tasks of the plan. And, it also looks into the future of Shanghai Library (Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of Shanghai) in development of its resources, services, technologies and managements during 13th five-year.关键词
