摘要

Abstract

Porous Co3 O4 nanofibers were synthesized by a microwave hydrothermal combining thermal treatment .The phase and microstructure of the Co3 O4 nanofibers were analyzed by XRD、SEM and T EM .T he specific surface area and pore size distribution of the Co3 O4 nano‐fibers were obtained from BET nitrogen adsorption isotherm measurement .Results show that the Co3 O4 nanofibers were 40~70 nm in diameter and 2~4 μm in length .which were constructed by nano particles with a size of 20 nm .The specific surface area of the Co3 O4 nanofibers was about 61 .89 m2 · g -1 .The Co3 O4 nanofibers exhibit high specific capacity . The reversible capacity present 856 ,763 ,695 ,598 ,502 ,382 mAh · g -1 when the charge cur‐rent density is 100 ,200 ,500 ,800 ,1 000 ,2 000 mA · g -1 ,respectively .When current density decrease to 100 mA · g -1 ,the reversible capacity is about 850 mAh · g -1 .It is indicated that Co3 O4 nanofibers has high rate capacity and good cyclic reversibility .
