靛红母核双螺环化合物的合成及抗肿瘤活性研究
Synthesis and antitumor activity evaluation of bis-spiro isatin derivatives
摘要
Abstract
To discover novel compounds with better antitumor activities and less toxicities ,a series of bis‐spiro isatin derivatives which had not been reported before were synthesized u‐sing isatin and its derivatives ,pulegone and sarcosine as raw materials .T he structure of the synthesized compounds were characterized by 1 H NMR ,13C NMR and HRMS .Additionally , the cytotoxicity of the synthesized compounds on human hepatocarcinoma cells (HepG2) , human lung cancer cells (A‐549) and human colon cancer cells (HCT‐8) have also been de‐tected by MTT method .The results revealed that these compounds have different inhibition on different cell lines to a different degree ,specifically ,compound 2 and 3 are worth further studying owing to their satisfactory activities .关键词
