Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin peritoneal heated perfusion chemotherapy for treating malignant ascites of gastric cancer. Methods Sixty cases of advanced gas tric cancer in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group (IP group)and control group according to completely random method ,30 cases in each group. The observation group adopted paclitaxel plus cisplatin peritoneal heated perfusion chemotherapy. The IP group was firstly given cisplatin 60 mg/m2 peritoneal perfusion ,subsequently paclitaxel 60 mg/m2 by peritoneal infusion,then abdominal thermotherapy during chemotherapy,twice per week. The control group adopted paclitaxel plus cisplatin intravenous chemotherapy. Paclitaxel 135 mg/m2 was intravenously dripped and cisplatin 75 mg/m2 on 1 d. Twenty-one d were as one cycle. The curative efficacies and adverse reactions were observed after 4 cycles. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 76.7%(23/30) and the life quality improvement rate was 73.3%(22/30),which were sig-nificantly higher than 56.7%(17/30) and 50.0%(15/30) in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The major adverse reactions were leucopenia,nausea,vomiting and so on,there was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Paclitaxel plus cisplatin peritoneal heated chemotherapy has good short term effect in treating malignant ascites of gastric cancer. The adverse reactions can be tolerated.关键词
