Innovative Mode of Human Resource Management of the SMEs in Anhui Province in the Big Data Era
摘要
Abstract
The big data era brings opportunities and challenges to the human resource management for the small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). This article discusses the concept and characteristics of the big data, the big data in human resource management of SMEs, and the influences of the big data on human resource management of SMEs;taking the SMEs in Anhui province as an example, the article analyzes the problems in the human resource management; proposes the innovative mode of human resource management of the SMEs in Anhui province in the big data era, and the precautions of appling the innovative mode of human resource management, for giving references to the human resource management of the SMEs in Anhui province.关键词
