不同植物中柯里拉京的含量测定及其对人胃癌细胞增殖的抑制作用
Determination of Contents of Corilagin in Different Plants and Its Inhibitory Activity on Human Gastric Cancer Cell Proliferation

Abstract
To filter plants with high corilagin content,a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)method was established for determination of corilagin contents in different plants,and the anti-gastric cancer activity of corilagin was also investigated by thi-azolyl blue (MTT)assay,acridine orange/ethidium bromide (AO/EB)staining,and Hoechst 33258 staining.HPLC analyses showed that longan (Dimocarpus longan Lour.)seed,Phyllanthus urinaria L.,longan shell,Terminalia catappa L.leaf and P .tenellus Roxb.contained higher levels of corilagin,which were 643,619,569,271 and 159μg/g respectively.MTT assay results showed that gastric cancer cells SGC7901 had IC50 value of (42.46±3.31)μmol/L with corilagin treatment.AO/EB staining and Hoechst33258 staining showed that corilagin induced apoptosis of gastric cancer cells SGC7901.As a conclusion,the conditions of HPLC explored in this study can quickly and accurately detect corilagin content of different plants,and longan seed contains the highest level of corila-gin among the 1 2 kinds of plant samples,and corilagin exhibits anti-gastric cancer activity.关键词
