中药天然染料狗脊对真丝绸染色性能的研究
Dyeing properties of Chinese herbal dye rhizoma cibotii on silk fabric
摘要
Abstract
The feasibility and conditions of silk fabric dyeing with Chinese herbal dye rhizoma ciboti were studied. The influences of extraction temperature and time and ratio of solid to liquid on the extraction result were analyzed. And the factors influencing on dyeing result of silk fabric such as pH, dyeing temperature, dye⁃ing time and liquid ratio were discussed. Three different dyeing methods, pre-mordant, meta-mordant and post-mordant dyeing were compared. And the colorfastness to washing and perspiration of silk fabric was tested. The optimum extraction conditions were as fol ows: extracting at 85 ℃ for 75 min, 1∶60 of solid to liq⁃uid ratio. The optimum technological conditions were as fol ows: pH=4, dyeing at 60 ℃ for 50 min, 1∶60 of liq⁃uid ratio. Furthermore, the uptake could be effectively improved via mordant dyeing, and the colorfastness of dyed silk fabric with rhizoma ciboti dye was good.关键词
