Application of benzyl alcohol in one bath low temperature dyeing of polyester/cotton fabric with disperse/reactive dyes
摘要
Abstract
Disperse dyes and neutral fixing reactive dyes were applied to dyeing of polyester/cotton blend knitted fabrics. The effects of dosage of dyes, benzyl alcohol and sodium chloride, dyeing temperature and time on K/S value of dyed polyester/cotton fabrics were discussed. The fastness of the dyed fabric was also tested. The results showed that the optimal one bath low temperature dyeing process for polyester/cotton blend fabric was disperse dyes 1%(omf), neutral fixing reactive dyes 3%(omf), benzyl alcohol 30 mL/L, sodium chloride 30 g/L, dyeing at 100 ℃ for 60 min. The washing fastness and rubbing fastness of dyed fabrics were both more than grade 4, which could meet the clothing requirements.关键词
