针灸结合穴位贴治疗小儿抽动症研究
Study on Acupuncutre Combined with Acupoint Sticking for Children Transient Tic Disorder
摘要
Abstract
Objective To reserch the clinical curative effect of treatment of acupuncutre combined with acupoint sticking for children transient tic disorder. Methods 100 children with transient tic dosorer were chosen and randomly divided into control group and observation group . observed group were treated with acupuncture combined with acupoint sticking, control group were treated with haloperidol, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were evaluated. Results In the observation group cure children more than those who in the control group, with significant difference (P< 0.05) ;The number of markedly effective childern of both groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05); The muber of children with no efficacy in control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group, with significant difference (P < 0.05); The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with significant difference (P< 0.05). The total adverse reaction rate of the control group was higher than that of the observation group, with significant difference (P< 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with acupoint sticking can achieve better clinical curative effeect with low adverse reaction rate on treatment of childern transient tic disorder.关键词
