摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of CT imaging features in the diagnosis of pneumonia in children with mycoplasma. Methods June 2014~December 2015 Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in 76 cases in our hospital,were retrospectively analyzed clinical data. Results 76 cases of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,lung/segment consolidation in 33 cases,24 cases of lobular pneumonia,bronchitis,19 cases;18 cases of children left lung,right lung in 27 cases,31 cases of lung;76 patients 20 cases of combined pleural thickening,26.3%,6 cases with pleural effusion, accounted for 7.9%,and 9 cases with ground-glass change,accounting for 11.8%,5 patients with hilar lymphadenopathy,accounting for 6.6%.76 cases of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia after appropriate treatment,were cured. Conclusion CT imaging features of great value in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,combined with CT diagnosis and clinical manifestations in children,which can effectively improve the diagnosis rate of diagnosis.关键词
