摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the changes of myocardial enzymes in children with mycoplasma pneumonia,the clinical value of serum myocardial enzyme detection of myocardial damage in children with mycoplasma pneumonia diagnosis. Methods June 2014~November 2015 mycoplasma pneumonia in children admitted to our hospital 146 cases of the observation group,50 cases of healthy children elect the same period as the control group.The serum levels of myocardial enzymes.Results The serum myocardial enzyme indexes were significantly higher (P<0.05).Conclusion mycoplasma pneumonia may have varying degrees of myocardial damage,serum myocardial enzyme can detect myocardial injury,it is conducive to treatment and prognosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.关键词
