摘要
Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the use of humanized nursing care in patients with gallstone surgery after the effect of preoperative anxiety.Methods To collect a total of 102 patients with gallstones operation,according to the date of admission and odd number is divided into 50 patients with the control group and 52 cases of observation group and control group patients received routine preoperative care,observation group based on the combination of humanized nursing.Results The observation group of patients on admission anxiety self-assessment rating scale compared with control group,there was no significant difference,P>0.05;But the observation group of patients with preoperative anxiety self-assessment scale score was significantly lower than on admission,P<0.05;Control group of patients with preoperative anxiety self-assessment rating scale compared with on admission,the difference was not significant,P>0.05).Conclusion In the preoperative nursing care of patients with cholesterol gallstone surgery, contribute to the smooth implementation of the operation.关键词
