Abstract
Objective To study the analysis of evidence-based nursing effect of gastric lavage in patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning. Methods Choose 90 cases of acute organophosphate poisoning patients,patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, the average 45 patients in each group.Experimental group patients give the evidence-based nursing model of gastric lavage,the control group given routine care model for gastric lavage of patients.Results The total time of patients with gastric lavage is less than that of control group of patients, statistically significant(P<0.05);Incidence of complications,the total is less than the control group,were statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction of patients to nursing work was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Acute organophosphate poisoning patients with gastric lavage with evidence-based nursing method,raise the satisfaction of patients to nursing work,reduce complications,shorten the total time of gastric lavage.关键词
