摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing care of esophageal cancer patients. Methods Collected in our hospital from July 2014 to 2016 January admission of 120 cases of esophageal cancer patients according to whether they are willing to accept the fast track surgery nursing points for in control group were treated with routine surgical nursing and patients in the experimental group in on the basis of routine nursing with fast track surgery nursing,compared two groups of patients with temporary bed index. Results Patients in the experimental group were the first exhaust,the first defecation,the average cost of hospitalization and hospitalization time were significantly less than or less than the patients in the control group,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.01);two groups of single patient early postoperative complications rate comparison showed no statistical significance (P>0.05);experimental group of patients with postoperative early complications of total incidence rate was significantly lower than that of patients in the control group,the difference is statistically significant (P<0.01) Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing care of patients with esophageal cancer has a significant effect.关键词
