Investigation on the Influencing Factors of AIDS High Risk Sexual Behavior among the Elderly in the Area of Nanning City and the Countermeasures

Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the influencing factors of the high risk behaviors of AIDS among the elderly. Methods For living in Nanning City, LIANG Qing district investigation age is more than or equal to 50 years old still alive in AIDS infection / patient, and to 1:3 proportion of randomly selected cases residence near demographic characteristics matching the health and age is more than or equal to 50 year old elderly, according to informed, voluntary principle, face-to-face questionnaire survey. Using Exce2003 to establish a database, the data were descriptive analysis, the use of SPSS16.0 statistical analysis. Results A total of 508 patients with HIV / AIDS and the general survey, the prevalence of AIDS factors for marriage (χ2=29.5, P=0.000, OR=0.04), household registration (χ2=11.003, P=0.001, =1.772 value OR), individual monthly disposable amount (χ2=22.166,P=0.000 OR=0.525), labor (χ2=7.314,P=0.007, OR=0.600), personal hobbies (χ2=7.292, P=0.007, OR=1.399). Conclusion marriage, household registration, labor, individuals can control the amount of money each month, hobbies and other factors have a high risk of sexual behavior in the elderly. The elderly AIDS epidemic prevention and control strategies: vigorously carry forward the traditional culture, emphasize AIDS harm, strengthen communities and villages in the recreational activities, promotion of condoms (condoms) use, to basic public health services in chronic disease prevention and control do to cut the entrance, elderly people to accept the anti AIDS intervention without embarrassment.关键词
