Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of immunosuppressive agents in the treatment of acute interstitial nephritis. Methods From January 2013 to January 2015, 100 cases of patients with acute interstitial nephritis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, control group received conventional treatment, the experimental group received immunosuppressive treatment, compared with two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect. Results After treatment, the total effective rate and the observation index of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The results of this study confirmed that the immune inhibitor is an effective and safe method for the clinical treatment of acute interstitial nephritis, which is helpful to the stability of the patients.关键词
