摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of pre-hospital first-aid on the prognosis of patients with HICH. Methods Medical records of 194 patients withHICH treated in our hospital from Feb.2013 to Jan.2015 were analyzed retrospectively,divided into first-aid group and control group, 97 cases in each group. Results The rescue time and complication rate in the first aid group were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0.05);clinical curative effectand quality of life score were better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-hospital care can significantly improve the prognosis of patients with HICH.关键词
