摘要
Abstract
Objective Discussion of multi-segmental thoracolumbar spine fracture operation treatment.Methods To 60 cases of spine fracture patients as the research object, on the basis of unstable and stable fracture were divided into group A and B. The former used in anterior fixation and another used planting nail fixation.Results All patients vertebral kyphosis angle and anterior height after treatment have great difference and statistical significance (P<0.05); between two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Clinical should give different surgical treatment due to different fracture to return normal and complete reconstruction of spinal stability.关键词
