摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the methods of evidence-based nursing in caring for children patients with HFMD. Methods 76 cases of HFMD from May 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research obeject,they were randomly divided into control group and study group,the former received usual care,the latter received evidence-based nursing. Results The length of stay ,Complication rate ,leukocyte count in Cerebrospinal fluid of and protein content of patients in control group was significantly longer than the study group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the cevidence-based nursing can shorten hospital stay and complication rate of HFMD and improve the satisfaction of patient.关键词
