中药外洗联合耳穴压豆治疗婴儿湿疹的临床观察

Abstract
ObjectiveTo study clinical effect on the infantile eczema with external washing of Traditional Chinese Medicine and auricular seed-pressing therapy.Methods104 cases with infantile eczema were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group consisted of 52 cases was treated with external washing of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined auricular seed-pressing therapy. Control group consisted of 52 cases was treated with Butyl Flufenamate Ointment. The course of treatment of the two groups lasted two weeks.ResultsThe total effective rate of observation group and control group were 94.2%, 73.1% respectively,and there are significant difference (P=0.004). Following up after treatment in two month,the recurrence rate of observation group and control group were 12.2%,52.6% respectively.The recurrence rate of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=16.66,P<0.001).ConclusionExternal washing of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined auricular seed-pressing therapy to treat infantile eczema is safe and effective, the recurrence rate is low. Thus the therapy is worthy of recommendation in clinical practice.关键词
