Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Nicorandil Tablets treatment of coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure. Methods 80 cases of coronary heart disease patients with chronic heart failure as the basic research object, divide them into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group take routine treatment, including ACE inhibitors, beta blockers, diuretics, digitalis, the observation group, on the basis of plus nicorandil. comparison of two groups of patients with heart function improvement, brain natriuretic peptide and cardiac color doppler ultrasound changes were analyzed and compared. Results Two groups of patients after treatment, the clinical effect of different degrees of improvement, The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Using nicorandil on coronary heart disease in patients with chronic heart failure treatment, can reduce the patients psychological or physical pain and improve myocardial function in patients with heart failure.关键词
