Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of ultrasound guided interscalene brachial plexus block used in upper extremity surgery. Methods: 30 patients undergoing elective upper extremity surgery were randomly divided into ultrasound guided brachial plexus block group (group B) and blind paresthesia of brachial plexus block group (group C) in each group, 15 cases in.B group were guided interscalene brachial plexus block under ultrasound, C group were treated with the traditional blind paresthesia of brachial plexus block anesthesia. Comparison of two groups of patients with the general situation, block operation time, success rate, onset time of sensory nerve block, complications and patients satisfaction. Results: the patients in group B anesthesia operation time, sensory block onset time were shorter than the C group, the difference was statistically significant (P >0.05).B patients block complication rate in patients with C group, the difference was statistically significant (P>0.05), the satisfaction of patients than group C patients Conclusion:the difference was statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:the effect of sensory nerve block can be shortened by ultrasound guided brachial plexus block, which can improve the effect of anesthesia and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
