Abstract
Objective:To investigate the take Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets combined with norethindrone in the treatment effect of menopa-usal transitional dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:from July 2015 to July 2016 as the time period of the study,this period of time to choose the hospital treated 50 cases of menopausal transitional dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients were studied by single and double dice were divided into nore-thindrone group (n=25)and combination group (n=25),group of norethisterone patients treated with norethindrone,take Desogestrel and Ethi-nylestradiol Tablets combined with norethindrone in the treatment of the combined group of patients,the treatment effect and safety of statistics were compared between the two groups.Results:the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The endometrial thickness of the combined group was significantly smaller than that of the treat-ment group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was significantly lower than that of the group of the patients with the acetylene group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:menopaus-al transitional dysfunctional uterine bleeding by Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets combined with norethindrone in the treatment effect,can pro-mote the use of.关键词
