Abstract
Objective Study on carotid artery ultrasound in patients with lacunar cerebral infarction disease application of significance.Methods On January 2014 ~2014-year in June,a total of 55 cases in the hospital by clinical CT diagnosis of cerebral lacunar infarction in patients with carotid artery ultrasonography,analyze its findings,in 49 patients,25 male and female in30 cases.Results 55 cases of lacunar cerebral infarction with carotid ultrasound results found that carotid artery plaques in 45 cases,21 males (21/25),24 female (24/30),bilateral carotid artery plaque in 22 cases,22 ca-ses of unilateral carotid artery plaque;mixed echo plaque 26 cases of plaque 9,acoustic,hypoechoic patch 10;regular patch 9 cases,irregular plaques in 36 patients.Conclusion Carotid artery ultrasonography can be used as important means of checking in patients with lacunar cerebral infarction and ca-rotid artery plaques in carotid ultrasound can provide the exact size,shape,physical characteristics,have important significance for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.关键词
