摘要
Abstract
Feed additives have important influence on the mutton quality. This paper summarized the effects of feed additives on the mutton quality. Amino acid additive could improve muttton quality;almost of all Chinese traditional drug could promote mutton quality,improve its nutrional value and flavor;probiotics could promote fattening efffect and slaughter preformance of lamb,and economical benefit;trace element could increase the ADG,carcass merit,meat-bone ratio,et al;and some other feed additives also had beneficial effects on muttton production.关键词
