Exploration of the Management of Blood Lipids in Diabetic Patients by Analyzing the Authoritative Guidelines

Abstract
Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events are the main causes of death in most diabetic patients .The risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in diabetic patients is 2 -4 times higher than non -diabetic population.Diabetic patients are often associated with dyslipidemia , hypertension and other important risk factors for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases .About more than half of the patients with diabetes have a disorder of lipid metabolism .And diabetes with blood lipid disorders is more likely to lead to the occurrence and development of major vascular complications .Therefore, in order to prevent the incidence of diabetic macrovascular disease , we must control the blood glucose at the same time carry out the active modulation of lipid therapy .In recent years , some authoritative guidelines in the field of cardiovascular disease were published in which some new proposals on serum lipid management were put forward .This paper analyzed some of the authoritative guidelines , and based on this , explored the reasonable strategies for lipid management in diabetic patients .关键词
