白介素6受体基因rs4129267位点多态性与汉族儿童哮喘易患性及血清IgE水平的关联研究
Correlation between rs4129267 Polymorphism on IL-6R Gene and Pediatric Asthma Susceptibility and Serum IgE Level of Han Chinese Children

Abstract
Background Research has confirmed the significant correlation between rs 4129267 polymorphism on IL-6R gene and pediatric asthma suseptibility , but currently, the distribution of rs4129267 polymorphism among Han Chinese children and its correlation with serum IgE level have not been studied .Objective To investigate the correlation between rs4129267 polymorphism on IL-6R gene and pediatric asthma susceptibility and serum IgE level of Han Chinese children .Methods 410 asthma children from Department of Pediatrics of Guangdong Women and Children Hospital were selected as asthma group from 2013 to 2014.513 non asthma children in the same hospital were selected as control group during the same period .The DNA samples of two groups were extracted .Then the sites of rs4129267 and rs527236128 at IL-6R gene were genotyped by SNaPshot method.The total serum IgE level of two groups was determined by ELISA .Results The genetic distributions of rs 4129267 and rs527236128 were accorded with Hardy -Weinberg equilibrium (χ2 =3.264, 2.135, P>0.05) .The genotype frequency and allele frequency of rs4129267 were significantly different between the two groups ( P<0.05) .The genotype frequency and allele frequency of SNP rs527236128 were not significantly different between the two groups (P >0.05) .The Logistic regression resultshowed that TT genotype was the risk factor to pediatric asthma (P <0.05) .The total serum IgE level of control group was lowerthan that of asthma group (P <0.05) .There was no significant difference in the total serum IgE level among different genotypesin two groups (P >0.05) .The total serum IgE levels at all kinds of genotypes of control group were lower than those of asthmagroup (P <0.05) .Conclusion rs4129267 polymorphisms on IL-6R gene is related to pediatric asthma suseptibility in HanChinese children, but is not related to their serum IgE levels.关键词
