摘要
Abstract
In the past decade , the pain induced by piriform muscle degeneration becomes a problem hard to solve in the field of rehabilitation after spinal internal fixation in China .At present, there is no clear and effective treatment norm .This paper reported the individualized treatment for one case with pain caused by unilateral piriform muscle degeneration after three -dimensional correction of scoliosis with spinal fusion , bone grafting and internal fixation , with the mature biomechanical methods introduced from Hong Kong , TCM acupuncture precise -method of python wriggling for neuroregulation based on the improved image parameters, and oriented proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) for the correction of the affected limb from the perspective of compensation .It is the first successful report of the literature in China , which provides an exploration potential solution for the national shortage techniques needed by "rehabilitations back to the community".关键词
