摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the protective effect of compound TML on the RAW264.7 cellular inflammatory response in-duced by lipopolysaccharide.Methods:Using RAW264.7 cell line induced by LPS established cellular inflammatory response model.Griess reagent method was used to measure the NO release volume.MTT assay was used to measure the cell survival rate. Results:Compound TML could significantly reduce the RAW264.7 cell NO release volume induced by LPS,when the dose reached 50 μmol/L,the cell NO release volume was the lowest.Compound TML had no significant effect on cell survival rate.Con-clusion:Compound TML has a protective effect on the RAW264.7 cellular inflammatory response induced by lipopolysaccharide.关键词
